You know I would really like to extend my sincere thanks to Javier Mendez. He is always there to support us. He has our complete trust.
Financially we are struggling and I like that he gives us a discount here and there when we need it. I know my car is in good hands when we leave it there for service.
I like the detailed explanation of the services needed or received. All in all, you have a trusted, dedicated employee that displays his wisdom and compassion with clients.
Those are the employees that keep customers coming back because of the quality service they receive.

There's a reason!
My 2012 Prius V is the third vehicle I've purchased from Frank Smith Toyota and there's a reason for it: I love the service!
They never mark up the prices of their cars to where I feel like I need to gear up for a negotiation battle; when I go in for service, I've never felt pressured or hassled to buy more than what I initially went in for;
and I get freshly baked cookies and a manicure while I wait - shut the hell up it's AWESOME! Plus, they have quality vehicles that I never have problems with and never worry about high maintenance fees like other luxury vehicles.
They're dependable, cost effective, and I get compliments on my car all the time. I'd like to think it's because I make my Toyota look good, but deep down I know the truth :) and that's okay.
